2.2. You understand that your use of TubeSmarts may be subject to usage limits based on your subscription plan, including the number of videos processed, channels monitored, and searches performed.
2.3. You agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of TubeSmarts or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform.
2.4. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of TubeSmarts without prior notice.
3.1. We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.2. By using TubeSmarts, you grant us the right to collect and process data related to your usage of the platform.
3.3. We may use aggregated and anonymized data for statistical and analytical purposes.
3.4. Video content processed through TubeSmarts is sourced from publicly available videos on YouTube and X/Twitter. TubeSmarts does not host or redistribute original video content.
4.1. All content and materials provided on TubeSmarts, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, and trademarks, are the property of AP Resourcing Ltd or its licensors.
4.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of TubeSmarts without our explicit written consent.
4.3. Summaries generated by TubeSmarts are for your personal or internal business use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of summaries complies with applicable copyright laws.
5.1. TubeSmarts requires a paid subscription at $20 per month. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.
5.2. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
5.3. We reserve the right to modify our subscription fees, but any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
6.1. Each user receives a unique webhook URL for programmatic integration. You are responsible for keeping your webhook token secure.
6.2. You agree not to abuse the webhook or API endpoints, including excessive automated requests beyond normal usage patterns.
7.1. TubeSmarts is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied.
7.2. We do not warrant that TubeSmarts will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
7.3. AI-generated summaries are produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies. You should verify important information against the original video content.
8.1. In no event shall AP Resourcing Ltd or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform.
9.1. You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure process.
9.2. TubeSmarts reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
